Through our Parent Partnership, LaAmistad provides its parents with the resources they need to better support their family and the community.
LaAmistad provides a variety of resources for parents and families. LaAmistad, along with our partner organization Renovacion Conyugal (www.renovacionconyugal.org),
hosts parent education workshops throughout the year on topics ranging from immigration to finances to mental health and wellness. These workshops help
to strengthen, revitalize and equip Latino families to thrive in healthy family relationships.
LaAmistad also has a resource center for Latino families, complete with information on medical care, immigrant rights, scholarships, domestic violence,
home buying, and education. Our computer labs, internet and library are also available for use by families in the LaAmistad community.
